A bread making and art class for ages 13-17, taught by Sammy Burhoe

In this introduction class for teens, we’ll learn about the basics of bread making from weighing ingredients to baking. We will make our own baking notebooks and delicious, creative loaves to take home.

Class fee of $80 includes: instruction, ingredients, supplies, lunch, and loaves to take home.
Sammy Burhoe is an artist, educator and baker. He started baking at Orchard Hill Breadworks in 2016, and has taught baking and art at LEAF Charter School and Orchard School Day Camps. He is passionate about sharing skills and building community for local rural youth.
